Anti-Integrin αVβ3 Antibody, clone 27.1 (VNR-1) detects level of Integrin αVβ3 & has been published & validated for use in IF & IP.
Immunohistochemistry: 4-10% formalin fixed frozen tissues (short fixation times, 10 minutes room temperature) only; not effective on paraffin embedded tissues

Immunoprecipitation

Functional blocking: Competes with clone LM609 for integrin function blocking.



Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

Reacts with the human integrin alphaVbeta3. Shown to be specific for alphaVbeta3 by Loftus JC et al (1990) Science 249:915-918.
