Le Milieu de congélation cellulaire au DMSO 1× a été utilisé pour la cryopréservation de cellules HEK293 CNR2 de rein d′embryon humain, de cellules sanguines mononucléaires et de cellules de cancer de la prostate.

General description

La congélation ou la cryopréservation de cultures cellulaires est un procédé de routine. Il est essentiel au maintien de l′intégrité cellulaire durant le stockage. Les principaux agents cryoprotecteurs sont le glycérol, l′éthylène glycol et le diméthyl sulfoxyde (DMSO).

Milieu complet prêt à l′emploi. Formulation brevetée contenant du milieu MEM (milieu minimum essentiel), du diméthyl sulfoxyde, du sérum de veau et du sérum de veau fœtal.
