  1. Which document(s) contains shelf-life or expiration date information for a given product?

If available for a given product, the recommended re-test date or the expiration date can be found on the Certificate of Analysis.

  2. How do I get lot-specific information or a Certificate of Analysis?

The lot specific COA document can be found by entering the lot number above under the "Documents" section.

  3. Is it possible to adapt Product G3293, Glucose Assay Reagent, for use with a 96 well plate reader?

In principle, it should be possible to adapt assay procedures using this reagent to 96-well plate readers. Volumes of reagent, water, standard, and unknown should be reduced to fit the capacity of the test wells, and kept in the same proportions as those used with a spectrophotometer. The volume reduction will likely be 1:4 or 1:5. With the shorter "pathlength" of a multiwell plate, the sensitivity of the assay would likely decrease.

  4. Is magnesium required for Product G3293, Glucose Assay Reagent?

Magnesium, an activator of hexokinase, is included in the assay reagent. There is no need to add a magnesium salt to the reagent before use.

  5. What is the detection limit of Product G3293, Glucose Assay Reagent?

This reagent should be able to detect glucose down to approximately 0.01 mg/mL using a spectrophotometer with a 1 cm path length.

  6. How do I find price and availability?

Inflammation is a well-known etiological factor for colorectal cancer, but mechanisms underlying the linkage between inflammation and cancer are incompletely understood. We hypothesized that two pro-inflammatory cytokines, TNFα and IL-17, might play a role in promoting colorectal carcinogenesis. Aerobic glycolysis

Numerous angiosperms rely on pollinators to ensure efficient flower fertilization, offering a reward consisting of nourishing nectars produced by specialized floral cells, known as nectaries. Nectar components are believed to derive from phloem sap that is enzymatically processed and transformed
