Le N,O-bis(triméthylsilyl)trifluoroacétamide avec chlorure de triméthylsilyle est un réactif de silylation généralement utilisé dans l′identification et la quantification des hormones stéroïdes œstrogéniques.

Application

Le BSTFA + TMCS a été utilisé comme réactif de dérivatisation pour l′identification par GC-MS des stéroïdes œstrogéniques naturels et de synthèse.

Packaging

Les ampoules scellées contiennent 1 ml. Les quantités exprimées en grammes sont conditionnées dans des flacons avec bouchon à vis.

Other Notes

La position des groupes silyles n′a pas été établie de façon univoque. Elle a été attribuée à la fois à N,N et à N,O.
