Application

Produit utilisé pour la dénaturation des protéines et comme agent de solubilisation doux pour les protéines insolubles ou dénaturées. Permet de renaturer les protéines des échantillons dénaturés au chlorure de guanidine 6 M, comme les corps d'inclusion.
