      Description
OverviewPlant alkaloid inhibitor of several β-glucosidases and α-glucosidases, including those involved in N-linked processing of glycoproteins. Resulting oligosaccharides are primarily Glu3Man7-9(GlcNAc)2. Reduces bFGF induced angiogenesis in mice. Inhibits endothelial cell migration and invasion of basement membrane. Exhibits anti-viral properties. Typically used at 1-10 µg/ml.
