General description

Eshmuno® P anti-A is a high-performance affinity chromatography resin built on the highly stable Eshmuno® polymer matrix and functionalized with blood group A trisaccharide ligands. It achieves >75% anti-A isoagglutinin binding capacity and maintains reliable performance under both acidic and alkaline cleaning conditions.

Application

Eshmuno® P anti-A resin is suited for plasma Ig purificationworkflows requiring consistent impurity removal, high product recovery, andefficient process economics. It can be used for:
  • Efficient anti-A isoagglutinin removal with highproductivity across a wide range of flow rates
  • Multi-cycle purification with validated cleaning and reusestrategies
  • Process development and scale-up of immunoglobulinpurification platforms
