General description

A cell-permeable diaminoquinazoline compound that acts as a potent antagonist against the G-protein-coupled chemokine receptor CCR4 (IC50 = 73 and 18 nM against CCL22-binding and CCL22-induced GTPγS recruitment, respectively). Shown to inhibit CCL22/CCR4-mediated chemotaxis in both murine and human cultures (IC50 = 39 and 140 nM, respectively).
The CCR4 Antagonist controls the biological activity of CCR4. This small molecule/inhibitor is primarily used for Membrane applications.
