General description

This product has been discontinued.

A cell-permeable Curcumin (Cat. No. 239802) structural analog that is shown to be at least 10-fold more potent than Curcumin as an IKKβ inhibitor (IC50 = 1.9 µM) and in blocking TNFα-induced cellular I-κB phosphorylation (IC50 = 5.7 µM) and NF-κB nuclear translocation (IC50 = 1.3 µM), as well as in its anticancer activity (IC50 ranges from 0.44 to 2.07 µM) in vitro. Reported to completely stop the expansion of HCT-116-derived tumor in mice (200 µg/kg daily i.p.) in vivo.

A cell-permeable Curcumin (Cat. No. 239802) structural analog that is shown to be at least 10-fold more potent than Curcumin as an IKKβ inhibitor (IC50 = 1.9 vs. 20 µM, respectively) and in blocking TNFα-induced cellular I-κB phosphorylation (IC50 = 5.7 vs. >50 µM, respectively) and NF-κB nuclear translocation (IC50 = 1.3 vs. 13 µM, respectively) in A549 cultures, as well as in its anticancer activity (EC50 ranges from 0.44 to 2.07 µM against various cancer cell lines). Reported to completely stop the continued volume expansion of 1-week-old HCT-116-derived tumor in mice (200 µg/kg daily i.p.) in vivo.

Packaging
