General description
Full-length, recombinant, human Hsp90α (amino acids 1-732) fused to a His·Tag sequence at the N-terminus and expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells. Native Hsp90α exists primarily as oligomers in the cytoplasm. Hsp90α transcription has been reported to be upregulated by interleukin-4 (IL-4).
