General description

Full-length, recombinant, human Aurora A kinase (amino acids 2-403) (GenBank Accession: NM_003600) fused at the N-terminus to a His•Tag sequence and expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. Aurora A plays an important role in chromosome segregation and cell division.
