General description

This product has been discontinued.

This inhibitor contains a single minor conservative amino acid substitution of Ile⁹¹ to Leu⁹¹ that gives the inhibitor increased half life (about 4 fold increase over the native recombinant form). Stable when stored at or below pH 6.6. Has good stability (t_½ = 8 to 9 hours at 25°C, pH 7.4).
