General description

This product has been discontinued.



A potent, cell-permeable, and covalent protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) inhibitor. Inhibits SHP-1 (ΔSH2), the catalytic domain of the SH2 domain-containing phosphatase SHP-1 (Ki = 43 µM), and PTPIB (Ki = 42 µM). The inhibition can be reversed by irradiation of the inactivated PTP at 350 nm.
