Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min. Does not cross-react with Factor XIIIa, keratinocyte TGase I, fibrinogen, fibronectin, collagen, or actin. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the optimal working dilution.
