Biochem/physiol Actions
Antibodies secreted by the hybridoma line MCP21 react with subunit C3 in human and rabbit proteasomes, both with intact proteasomes and on blots. The hybridoma has been produced by repeated intraperitoneal immunisation of BALB/c mice with 20-50 μg of human placenta proteasomes and subsequent fusion of spleen cells with myeloma Sp2/0.
Mouse Sp2/0 x Mouse BALB/c spleen
