Biomarkers such as Albumin, β-2-Microglobulin, RBP4, and TFF-3 offer valuable insights into these processes. Albumin leakage into urine reflects glomerular damage, while β-2-Microglobulin indicates tubular dysfunction. RBP4 is a marker of proximal tubule injury and vitamin A transport, and TFF-3 plays a role in epithelial protection and regeneration.
