123°Cで60分間のオートクレーブサイクルを3回実施。インラインでの蒸気滅菌はできません。
Analysis Note
<64>µ<64>滅菌後、管理下で水22 Lをフラッシュしたとき、25°CにおけるサンプルのTOCはUSPに従って500 ppb未満、1.3 S/cm未満でした。
ASTM® F838法を用いた最低限のBrevundimonas diminutaチャレンジ濃度である1 x 10⁷ CFU/cm² で、サンプルには定量的な保持力がありました。
