General description

LuminoCt® SYBR® Green qPCR ReadyMixは、ホットスタート用のメルクのJumpStart™ Taq抗体の性能強化を組み合わせた、すぐに使えるマスターミックスです。LuminoCtを適切にデザインされたプライマーと組み合わせて使用した場合、ReadyMix化学の広範な設計とバリデーションにより、事実上、最適化の必要がありません。ReadyMixにJumpStart™Taq抗体を含めているため、室温ではポリメラーゼ活性がなく、化学的に改変されたホットスタートTaqに伴う性能の問題を生じさせることがありません。これにより、Taqを非常に迅速に活性化でき、比類なきアッセイ感度を提供できるうえに、反応を作業台上でセットアップできます。
  • キットは一般的に利用できるリアルタイム機器プラットフォームでSYBR GreenをベースとしたqPCRアッセイを行えるようデザインされています
  • qPCRアッセイの標準化のためにROXパッシブリファレンス色素が必要なリアルタイム機器で使用する場合は、ReadyMixに、レファレンス用色素（キットで提供）を追加する必要があります
  • キットはガラスキャピラリーチューブを使用するqPCR機器には適合しません
