b.トリジマイト：1143 - 1743K
c.クリストバライト：= 1743、1973Kを超えるものは非結晶質の石英ガラスになります。

Application
シリカはシリカライトの合成に用いられました。シリカは酸化物や窒化物ナノワイヤーの触媒伸長を補助するために使われました。
