Rpn10 (S5a) is a non-ATPase subunit of the 19S regulatory complex of the 26s proteasome. Subunit Rpn10 (S5a) of the 26S proteasome was originally identified as a protein capable of binding poly-ubiquitin chains of four or more ubiquitins, in the absence of other 26S proteasome subunits.

Full length human recombinant Rpn10 protein.
Physical form
100 µL of purified immunoglobulin in PBS containing 0.01M sodium azide. Dilute to working strength with phosphate buffered saline pH 7.2-7.4.
