This Anti-phospho-eNOS/NOS III (Thr495) Antibody is validated for use in WB for the detection of phospho-eNOS/NOS III (Thr495).
Western Blot Analysis:
A 1:2,000-1:10,000 dilution of this lot detected phosphorylated eNOS/NOS III in fetal bovine heart endothelial cell lysate.
