This Anti-phospho-KDR/Flk-1/VEGFR2 (Tyr1054) Antibody, clone D1W is validated for use in WB for the detection of phospho-KDR/Flk-1/VEGFR2 (Tyr1054).
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:4000 dilution for the detection of phospho-KDR/Flk-1/VEGFR2 in RIPA lysates from CSF stimulated porcine aortic endothelial (PAE) cells expressing a human CSF-R1/murine KDR chimeric receptor.
