General description

検出されるセリンリン酸化タンパク質の分子量に依存します。

プロテインG-Sepharoseクロマトグラフィー
精製マウスモノクローナルIgG1抗体、0.1%アジ化ナトリウムと30%グリセロールを含有するPBSバッファーに溶解。

Preparation Note

-20ºCで受領日から1年間安定です。
回収率を最大化するため、キャップを外す前に元のバイアルを遠心分離します。製品を凍結融解してしまった場合は、2～8°Cで13,000 x gで10分間遠心してください。

Analysis Note

日常的には,Calyculin A/Okadaic処理後のヒトA431がん細胞ライセートを対象としてウエスタンブロット法で評価します。

ウエスタンブロット：このロットの
0.5–2μg/mLを使用して、インスリンまたはCalyculin A/Okadaicで処理したA431がん細胞ライセート中のセリンリン酸化タンパク質を検出しました。
