(Ornitz, DM. and Itoh, N) Monoclonal antibodies against the high affinity tyrosine kinase Fibroblast Growth Factor (FGF) receptor may help define receptor epitopes involved in FGF binding and signal transduction which mediate coronary and tumor angiogenesis.
