ポジティブ抗原コントロール：カタログ番号：12-301、非刺激A431細胞ライセート。2-メルカプトエタノール2.5 µL/ライセート100 µLを加え、5分間煮沸して調製液を還元します。ミニゲルに、1レーンあたり還元ライセート20 µgをロードしてください。
ヒトA431がん細胞、ヒトHFF、Jurkat、Raji、マウス3T3、CTLL、ラットL-6またはPC-12細胞のRIPAライセートを用いたウェスタンブロッティングで日常的に評価されています。

ウェスタンブロッティング：
0.05～0.5 μg/mLで使用、ヒトA431がん細胞のRIPAライセート中のRasを検出できます。ヒトHFF、Jurkat、Raji、マウス3T3、CTLL、ラットL-6、PC-12の細胞ライセートでRasを検出できます。

Application

この抗Ras抗体クローンRAS10は、Rasの検出において、ELISA、FC、IC、IH、IP、WBでの使用が検証されています。
免疫沈降：
1～4 μgで使用、Rasを免疫沈降することが報告されています。

免疫細胞染色：
2.5 μg/mLで使用、SW480およびY1細胞でRasの免疫染色陽性が報告されています。

免疫組織染色：
凍結およびパラフィン包埋乳がん切片中のRasを検出することが報告されています。
