General description

ヒトでは、I型コラーゲンがコラーゲンの中で最も豊富に存在し広く発現しています。このヘテロ三量体には、2つのα1 (I)鎖と1つのα2 (I)鎖が含まれています。I型コラーゲンα 1（COL1A1）はI型コラーゲンの主要な成分であり、I型コラーゲンのpro-α 1鎖をコードします。これは、Gly-Xaa-Yaaトリペプチド配列の反復を有します。コラーゲンα1(I)鎖タンパク質は、コラーゲン複合体スーパーファミリーのメンバーです。COL1A1は、フォン・ヴィレブランド因子C型（vWFC）ドメイン、コラーゲン三重らせんの反復、および線維状コラーゲンC末端ドメイン（COLF）を有します。

Application

I型コラーゲン、ラット尾部は以下に使用されています：
  • コラーゲンの3D増殖アッセイ
  • アテロコラーゲン増殖アッセイ
  • 比較研究において、高純度バテライト形炭酸カルシウム（CaCO3）結晶のメソポーラスコアでテンプレーティング用のマイクロカプセルを作成して構造-特性の関係を評価するため
  • カバースリップコーティングにおいて、細胞共培養および慢性硬膜下血腫（CSDH）患者血腫サンプル誘導傷害モデルを作成するためにヒト脳微小血管内皮細胞株（hCMEC/D3）を増殖するため

Biochem/physiol Actions

I型コラーゲンα 1（COL1A1）は、化学療法抵抗性において重要な役割を果たし、治療標的として機能する可能性があります。また、カルボプラチン耐性卵巣癌（OV）に関与します。COL1A1は、大腸癌（CRC）の発生における癌遺伝子として機能します。優性遺伝性のCOL1A1遺伝子の突然変異は、骨形成不全症（OI）などの結合組織障害を引き起こします。
