Anti-CD54 Mouse mAb (15.2)

Anti-CD54, mouse monoclonal, clone 15.2, recognizes D1 domain of the ~90 kDa CD54 (ICAM-1) in Raji cells. It is validated for FC, WB, IP, IHC on frozen sections, and neutralization studies.

Raji cells

FACS was performed on 5x10⁵ cultured Raji human tumor cells using 1 µg/ml Anti-CD54 and FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. This antibody will inhibit CD54 binding to LFA-1. This antibody has also been reported to work for frozen sections, immunoblotting, and immunoprecipitation. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
