Preparation Note
Following initial thaw, aliquot and freeze (-20°C).
Prepared from plasma that was shown by certified tests to be negative for HBsAg and antibodies to HIV-1, HIV-2, and HCV.

Other Notes
Dilute with aqueous buffer with a pH range between 7.0 and 8.0 with isotonic salt conditions. IgM precipitates in low ionic strength solutions. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
