General description

A 10 mM (2 mg/591 µL) sterile-filtered solution of Y-27632 in H₂O.

Ready to use, cell culture-tested, suitable for stem cell applications. Acts as a highly potent, cell-permeable, reversible, and selective inhibitor of Rho-associated protein kinases (K_i = 140 nM for p160ROCK). Also shown to improve survival of human stem cells especially during cell culture passage and manipulation.

InSolution Y-27632, Sterile-Filtered, Cell Culture-Tested, CAS 146986-50-7, is a 10 mM sterile-filtered solution of Y-27632 in H₂O. Acts as an inhibitor of Rho kinases (Ki = 140 nM for p160ROCK).
