Application
PBS Tablets have been used:
- as a wash buffer and as a blocking agent during immunohistochemical staining
- in indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)and enzymatic degradation of polyethylene glycol (PEG)ylated fibrin hydrogels
Preparation Note
Dissolve one tablet in one liter dH₂O to yield 10 mM phosphate buffer, pH 7.4, 140 mM NaCl, 3 mM KCl.
Following reconstitution, store in the refrigerator (4°C) or filter sterilize and store at room temperature (20°C).
