General description

Full-length, recombinant, human phosphodiesterase 4D3 (accession no. L20970) fused at the N-terminus to a His•Tag sequence and expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. Supplied as a partially purified preparation.

Physical form

In 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM Tris, pH 8.3 .

Preparation Note

Following initial thaw, aliquot and freeze (-70°C).
