Immunogen

限定的ペプシン消化と選択的塩沈降により単離したヒト胎盤I型コラーゲン。

Application

I型コラーゲン抗体はIコラーゲン型に対する抗体で、DB、ELISA、IC、IH、WBで使用されます。
ドットおよびスロットブロッティング：1：100～1：500

ELISA：1：50～1：100

間接免疫組織染色（凍結切片のみ）：1：10～1：20

間接免疫細胞染色：1：10～1：20

抗体は、ヒト線維芽細胞の無血清培養から得られた上清サンプルによる還元ウェスタンブロッティングにおいてヒトI型コラーゲンと反応します｛LMF、私的な情報交換｝。

パラフィン包埋組織切片には推奨されません。

最適な希釈濃度は、ご自身で決定してください。

Biochem/physiol Actions

ELISAで示されるように、ヒトI型コラーゲンを認識します。II、III、IV、V、VI型コラーゲンとの交差反応性は10%未満です。他の動物種のI型コラーゲンに反応性を示す可能性があります。AB758は、他の細胞外マトリックスタンパク質（例：ラミニン、フィブロネクチン）については検討されていません。

Physical form

アフィニティ精製免疫グロブリン。精製前に、抗血清をSepharose™ 4Bに固定化したII、III、IV、V、VI型コラーゲンに吸着させました。 0.5 mLの100 mMホウ酸緩衝生理食塩水（pH 8.0）に溶解（保存剤無添加）。
