General description

免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は、ヒト血清に最も豊富に含まれているタンパク質の1つで、成人血液中の正常レベルは8～17 mg/mLです。IgGは微生物に対する体の防御にとって重要であり、その分子は適応免疫反応の一部としてBリンパ球によって産生されます。IgG分子には独立した2つの機能があります。それは、反応を誘発した病原体と結合すること、およびその他の細胞と分子を動員して抗原を破壊することです。IgGプールの変動は体細胞組み換えによって生じ、任意の時点における個体の特異性の数は1011バリアントに及ぶと推定されています。

Physical form

凍結乾燥品バッファー = 0.01 Mリン酸ナトリウム（pH 7.1）＋0.15 M NaCl溶液、15 mg/mL BSAおよび0.1%アジ化ナトリウム含有

溶解：

500 μLの滅菌蒸留水で溶解します。

Preparation Note

凍結乾燥した製品は、2～8°Cで最長12か月保存できます。溶解後、本品は未希釈の液体の状態で2-8°Cで数週間安定です。溶解後、長期間保存する際は、等量のグリセロールを加えて最終濃度を50%グリセロールとしてください。未希釈アリコートで-20°Cで最長12カ月保存できます。グリセロール添加後は、タンパク質（およびバッファー塩）の濃度がはじめの2分の1になっていることにご注意ください。凍結融解を繰り返さないでください。
