General description

This panel includes key hormones such as Amylin, Insulin, Ghrelin, GLP-1, GIP, Glucagon, Leptin, Pancreatic Polypeptide, and PYY, which regulate appetite, glucose metabolism, and energy balance in canines. These biomarkers are essential for studying metabolic health, gastrointestinal function, and endocrine responses in various physiological and disease contexts.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 9 analytes in canine serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, or tissue lysate samples.

Analytes Included: Amylin (total), Ghrelin (active), GIP (total), GLP-1 (active), Glucagon, Insulin, Leptin, Pancreatic Polypeptide (PP), PYY (total)

Note: Some analytes require a protease inhibitor during sample collection.
