General description

Adipose tissue plays a central role in metabolic regulation and inflammation. This set of biomarkers includes Adiponectin, HGF, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8/CXCL8, Leptin, MCP-1/CCL2, NGF, PAI-1 (total), Resistin, and TNFα, which are key mediators of adipocyte function and immune signaling. These analytes provide insights into processes such as insulin sensitivity, lipid metabolism, inflammatory response, and adipose tissue remodeling. Their measurement supports research into obesity, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, and related inflammatory conditions.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 11 analytes in human cell or tissue culture supernatants.
