General description

Circulating cancer biomarkers give insight beyond intracellular oncogenesis and into how the body responds to the presence of a tumor, the dysregulation of homeostasis, and the relationship between a tumor and its environment. Multianalyte panels have become essential tools that enable researchers to measure cancer biomarkers simultaneously, teasing out these relationships and applying them to understand tumor biology.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 10 analytes in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.

Analytes included: Aldheyde dehydrogenase 1 Family, Member A1 (ALDH1A1), Carbonic Anhydrase IX (CA9), CD44, Epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM), Hepsin, Kallikrein-6, Mesothelin, Midkine, Neural cell adhesion Molecule L1 (L1CAM), Transglutaminase 2 (TGM2)
