General description

IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNFα, and IFNγ are key cytokines involved in inflammation, immune regulation, and host defense. These analytes help characterize inflammatory responses, cytokine signaling, and immune activation, making them valuable for studying infectious diseases, autoimmune conditions, and immunotoxicity. Their combined measurement supports comprehensive profiling of human inflammatory pathways.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 5 analytes in human serum, plasma, or cell culture supernatants.

Analytes included: Arginase-1 (ARG1), α-Glutathione S-Transferase (GSTα), Malate Dehydrogenase 1 (MDH1), Sorbitol Dehydrogenase (SDH), 5′-Nucleotidase (5′-NT/CD73)
