General description

双方向支持型 Millex-GP50 フィルターは、水性溶液用の滅菌フィルターです。この機器は 0.22 ミクロン（μm）よりも大きい微生物、粒子、沈殿物、不溶解粉末を除去します。滅菌された Millex-GP50 フィルターは非発熱性で、非毒性です。シングルユース製品には、0.22 μm のメンブレンフィルターが、アクリル製ハウジングに密閉されています。

Application

組織培養培地、添加剤、バッファー、水の滅菌ろ過。。

Preparation Note

  • 蠕動ポンプとともに使用する場合は、毎分60回転（rpm）の一定速度が可能なポンプドライブとポンプヘッドをお勧めします。これにより、平均流量が100 mL/分となります。
  • 推奨チューブ；4～9.5 mm I.D.のシリコンゴムまたはラテックスチューブ
