- 使用上の注意：0.2 μm以下の孔径のメンブレンで液体を滅菌ろ過することで、細菌、カビ、酵母などの生物学的汚染物質を効果的に除去できます。 より大きな生物学的汚染物質を選択的に保持するためには、0.45 μm（またはそれ以上）の孔径を有するメンブレンによる液体ろ過を用いて汚染物質を保持し、微生物の増殖を支持して培養や分析行うことができます。
