Application
マウスバーシカンの抗バーシカン抗体a.a.1360-1439は、バーシカンに対する抗体であり、IP、WB、IH（P）に使用されています。
免疫組織染色（ホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋）：10 μg/mL。組織は染色前にコンドロイチナーゼで処理する必要があります。{100 mM Tris-HCl（pH 7.2～7.4）中に0.5 U/mL、室温で30分}その後、ブロックして染色します。

マウスバーシカンGAGβドメイン。
General description
バーシカンは、大きなマルチドメインのコンドロイチン硫酸プロテオグリカンであり、線維芽細胞やその他の細胞から分泌されます。N末端にヒアルロン酸（HA）結合ドメインがあります。このドメインは、アグリカンのG1およびG2ドメイン（G1はヒアルロン酸結合領域）、アグリカンのヒアルロン酸への結合を安定化させる軟骨結合タンパク質、ヒアルロン酸受容体CD44と相同性があります。さらに、バーシカンにはレクチン様ドメイン、C末端の補体リピート、2つのEGF様リピートがあり、これらはすべてアグリカンに認められます。バーシカンは見かけ上の分子量が約1,000 kDaであり、そのコアは2,409個のアミノ酸（400 kDa）からなり、残りは共有結合した12～15個のコンドロイチン硫酸鎖で構成されています。
