リソソーム関連膜タンパク質1（LAMP-1）は、リソソーム関連膜タンパク質ファミリーに属する、高度にグリコシル化された1回膜貫通型の1型タンパク質です。リソソーム関連膜タンパク質ファミリーは、リソソーム膜の大部分を構成するタンパク質群であり、炭水化物受容体との相互作用による細胞接着の重要なメディエーターであると考えられています。 LAMP-1は炭水化物リガンドをセレクチンに輸送する働きをします。腫瘍細胞の転移においても何らかの役割を果たすと考えられています。
約95kDa、実測。 算出されたMWは45 kDaですが、LAMP-1は高度にグリコシル化されているため、通常、MWは90～120 kDaであると予測されます。一部のライセートに特性評価されていないバンドが認められる場合があります。

Application

この抗LAMP-1（CD107a）抗体は、LAMP-1（CD107a）の検出において、WB、ICでの使用が検証されています。
ウェスタンブロット（Snap i.d.）：1 µg/mLで使用、10 µgのEL4細胞ライセート中のLAMP-1を検出できます。

免疫細胞染色： 希釈倍率1：500で使用、NIH/3T3、A431、HeLa細胞のLAMP-1を検出できます。
