チロシン421がリン酸化されたコルタクチンを認識します。 コルタクチンは80～85 kDaのアクチン結合タンパク質で、さまざまなタンパク質ドメインから構成されています。これらのドメインの性質と機能は、チロシンキナーゼやセリン／トレオニンキナーゼによるリン酸化のための複数の共通部位の存在と合わせて、コルタクチンが特定のシグナル伝達経路の活性化と細胞骨格の再編成を統合していることを示唆しています。
