General description

事実上、骨髄中のすべてのリンパ球と骨髄球が抗VLA-4抗体と反応します。 VLA-4は間質細胞には存在しないか、またはほとんど検出されません。 齧歯類骨髄のDexter型長期培養で維持された骨髄系細胞は陽性となり、Whitlock-White培養で得られたリンパ系細胞も陽性となります。
