Biochem/physiol Actions

この抗体は、非還元血小板細胞膜のゲル上で25 kDa分子量バンドと反応し、ヨウ素125標識血小板から同様のバンドを免疫沈降します。抗原は、好酸球、顆粒球、単球および数多くの間質細胞で発現します。このCD9抗原は、NおよびC末端が細胞質に局在する細胞表面タンパク質のTM4スーパーファミリーに属します。

このモノクローナル抗体は、10 mMアジ化ナトリウムと1 mg/mLウシ血清アルブミンを含有するリン酸緩衝生理食塩水に100 μg/ｍLの濃度で存在します。 実験室では、その特定の用途に使用する最適な作業用抗体価を決定することが推奨されます。
