Biochem/physiol Actions
CD19抗原（90 kDa）は、B前駆細胞の発生の最初期段階から、胚中心B細胞を含むすべての末梢B細胞と、検討したすべてのB細胞株およびB細胞白血病に発現しています。 T細胞および単球細胞株は陰性であり、抗原はB細胞が形質細胞に成熟する際に消失します。 抗原は、in vitroでの阻害がB細胞の活性化および増殖に影響を及ぼすI型膜内在性糖タンパク質です。
