General description

哺乳類細胞株のnon-GMP培養のために設計されたシングルユースの撹拌槽型バイオリアクターその強固な設計には、半球形のポリカーボネート製容器、マルチポート高密度ポリエチレン（HDPE）製ヘッドプレート、スコーピングマリンインペラ、オープンパイプスパージャと焼結スパージャ、溶接可能C-Flexチューブ、および必要なすべての気体注入口・出口用フィルターが含まれています。容器は成形品であるため、ルアー作動サンプルポート1つ、液体注入口／出口ポート1つ、液体追加ライン2つ、直接散布ラインと回収ラインなどの作業量レベルより下に、ルアー追加ポートを付加しました。最低作業レベルより下にあるすべての気体・液体の追加用ポートには、気体や液体の一方向の流れを確保するためのチェックバルブが設置されています。CellReady 3Lバイオリアクターは、完成した形で、ガンマ線照射を実施し、すぐに使えるようになります。
