General description

Immobilon-Eは、初めての、水性転写バッファーで湿らせることができるウェスタンブロッティング用PVDFメンブレンです。このため、他のPVDFメンブレンに必要とされる、アルコールによる事前湿潤ステップが不要です。
この8.5 cm x 10 mロールから、標準的なミニブロット（7 x 8.5 cm）およびミディブロット（8.5 x 13.5 cm）に便利な1カットが作れます。オプションのImmobilon NOWディスペンサー（カタログ番号IMDISP）とともに使用できます。

Immobilon-Eメンブレン：
- 水性バッファーで湿らせる唯一のPVDFメンブレンなので、メタノールによる事前湿潤ステップが不要。
- ほとんどのウェスタンブロッティング、とくに20 kDaを超えるタンパク質に推奨される孔径45 µm
- 化学発光検出および色素生産検出に対応

Immobilon® PVDFメンブレンには4つのタイプがあり、それぞれ、異なるブロッティング用途に最適化されています。　 便利なブロッティングサンドイッチは、あらかじめカットされたメンブレンシートとブロッティングフィルターペーパーを特徴とします。Immobilon PVDFメンブレンはタンパク質吸着率が高いため、転写や再検出中にタンパク質が失われることはありません。開孔構造であるため、結合したタンパク質を回収したり、未結合のプローブを除去したりすることが容易です。
