General description

Immobilon®-FLトランスファーメンブレンは、公称孔径が0.45 μmのポリフッ化ビニリデン（PVDF）マイクロポーラスメンブレンで、さまざまなゲルマトリックスから移行してくるタンパク質を結合する設計となっています。Immobilon®-FLトランスファーメンブレンは疎水性であり、生体分子に対する高い結合能力を有する均一に制御された孔構造を提供します。このメンブレンは、分子量が20,000を超えるタンパク質に最適なブロッティングを提供します。Immobilon®-FLメンブレンは、幅広い励起／発光波長にわたって非常に低い自己蛍光を示します。この特性により、蛍光ベースの免疫検出を行うブロッティング法に理想的です。Immobilon®-FLメンブレンは、標準的な化学発光または発色検出にも使用できます。

While many antibodies lose potency with time or degrade even faster due to improper storage conditions, it is important to recognize the potential value of recovering the primary antibody for possible reuse in some experiments. The SNAP i.d.® 2.0 system is not only able to reduce the immunodetection processing time, but its flexibility lets you combine conditions used in the standard immunodetection protocol and also allows the collection of antibody for future reuse. Here, we compare the antibody recovery and reuse in the standard immunodetection protocol with the antibody recovery and reuse in SNAP i.d.® system using the extended protocol and the original SNAP i.d.® protocol.
