General description

Immobilon®-Pトランスファーメンブレンは、公称孔径が0.45ミクロン（μm）のポリフッ化ビニリデン（PVDF）微孔性メンブレンです。ウェスタンブロッティングに推奨され、特に20 kDaを超えるタンパク質にお勧めです。Immobilon®-Pトランスファーメンブレンは、広範囲の分子量のタンパク質を結合できます。さまざまなゲルマトリックスからのタンパク質の転写に用いられています。Immobilon-P PVDFメンブレンは、ニトロセルロースメンブレンより信号対雑音比が高いため、感度が増強され、取り扱い適性と染色性能が改善され、耐溶剤性が強化されます。
