ウェスタンブロッティング：
20 μg/mLを、非還元条件下のウェスタンブロッティングのみで使用しました（Ellezam, 2003を参照）
免疫細胞染色：
5～10 µg/mLで使用、メタノール固定必要。

General description
100 kDa
ミエリン関連糖タンパク質（MAG）は、免疫グロブリンスーパーファミリーのメンバーであり、100 kDaの膜糖タンパク質であり、ミエリン化のプロセスに関与していると考えられています。成人中枢神経系（CNS）における軸索再生は、ミエリン中のNogoとMAGという2種類のタンパク質により制限されています。MAGは、CNSにおける神経再生の阻害に関与しています。

生後1～2日目のニワトリの脳の糖タンパク質抽出物を有するL2エピトープ。
